Vision Board

This may come as a surprise to some of you but back in the Winter and early Spring of 2014, I wasn’t feeling so great. I was tired, overwhelmed, cranky, feeling guilty for not doing “more”.

At the suggestion of a friend, I made a vision board. I created a vision of health: feeling good in my body, in my relationship, in my work. I wanted to make progress on my dissertation proposal, and grow Counter Tools, all while living “in balance” – feeling happy and content.

Fast forward to many moons later and I walked into my home office this morning, noticed the vision board for the first time in a long time, and thought to myself, “Oh my! All that stuff came true!”

Cheers to walking through uncomfortable spots to get to the good parts.

In gratitude,

A.
